A: Once your payment is confirmed and application is approved, your card will be generated within 2-4 hours during business hours.
Q: What file format will I receive my card in?
A: You will receive your card in PDF format with high-quality resolution suitable for printing. The PDF will contain both front and back sides of your card.
Q: Can I make changes after submitting my application?
A: You can request changes within 30 minutes of submission if processing hasn't started. After that, corrections are only available for errors made by our team.
Q: Is my personal information secure?
A: Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All payments are processed through PayFromUPI's secure gateway. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
